WebClient allows fewer client sessions than the Continuum license supports.

Issue The user is unable to log in to a WebClient session from a web browser even though the number of client session currently established is less than what the license provides for./p> After applying the Continuum Virtual License for WebClient, the ACCWebServerProxy indicates a maximum client seat count that is less than what the license specified.  Product Line Andover Continuum Environment Continuum WebClient Server Continuum Virtual Software License Cause In some cases, it is possible to apply two licenses to the same WebClient host.  When this happens the client seat count is dictated by the first license that was installed even though subsequent licenses may have a larger number of seats. Resolution If the license Key Type is SL Admin Rehostable, one of the licenses can be moved to another host temporarily while the remaining license is tested. Contact Schneider Electric Buildings Product Support for assistance in determining which license should remain on the machine and which should be moved to another host machine. Product Line Security Expert Environment Security Expert Client. Cause Although doors within Security Expert may be configured for Card Only, Pin Only and Card + Pin etc, in some circumstances it may be desirable to give an individual access which is different to a door’s normal settings. Xenta 102-AX Terminal load will not change from 0%

Issue The Xenta 102-AX VAV controller does not indicate any terminal load even though the demand is present at the VAV. IE the VAV setpoint is 23°C degrees and the room temperature is 26°C degrees. Product Line EcoStruxure Building Operation, TAC Vista Environment Xenta 102-AX VAV controller Cause The 102ax has been left in calibration mode. When the 102ax is in this mode the terminal load remains at 0% To check this from Vista locate the two points "UCPTvavselection.CPH" and "UCPTvavselection.CPl". These object are located in the VAV_controller object of the 102-AX controller. If one indicates "CALIBR ACTIVE" then the 102-AX  is in airflow calibration mode. This screen capture shows a Normal state of a 102-AX. Resolution To allow the terminal load to respond complete the Airflow calibration. If this has been left this way and no calibration is required a power cycle of the 102-AX will remove the 102-AX from airflow calibration mode. If above was not resolution, then perform the following: Record all settings (screenshot or photos of TGML Configuration pages) Commission controller with Default values. Re-enter all values that were changed from default. Override temperature above effective setpoint + cooling band, and see if terminal load goes +100. Override temperature below effective setpoint  - heating band, and see if terminal load goes -100.

Moving the Enterprise Server database path on an existing system

Issue Moving the Enterprise Server database path on an existing system Product Line EcoStruxure Building Operation Environment Building Operation Enterprise Server (ES) Cause The Enterprise Server database can be affected by system changes (system restore, Windows reinstall, reformatting the system drive, etc.) if it is located at the default path on the system drive. In some instances, the default location is not the best for the customers' site. Resolution The default path where the Enterprise Server database is installed depends on the operating system it is installed on as well as the version:  The default database path for Building Operation 1.9 and below: C:\ProgramData\Schneider Electric StruxureWare\Building Operation 1.x\Enterprise Server For 2.0 and above  C:\ProgramData\Schneider Electric EcoStruxure\Building Operation x.x\Enterprise Server To move or change the Enterprise Server database path. Log on to the Enterprise Server from Workstation. Perform a backup (all data) of the Enterprise Server (right-click on the server and select 'Backup'). After the backup completes, save the backup set to the local drive (server > System > Backup and Restore > Backup sets > Local).  Exit the Workstation. Stop and uninstall the Enterprise Server. Install the Enterprise Server (same version as the version that was uninstalled). When prompted for the database path, browse to the new directory where the Enterprise Server database is to be located. In the example below, the new Enterprise Server database path is  After the Enterprise Server is installed, run the Software Administrator. The database path should now point to the new database directory. Start the Enterprise Server if it is not already running.  Log on to the Enterprise Server from Workstation and restore the backup set (all data) which was saved.  Log on to the Enterprise Server and verify operation.

xP Expansion Modules replacement

Issue Need to replace or add an xP expansion module. Product Line EcoStruxure Building Operation Andover Continuum Environment xP Expansion Module  Cause When replacing or adding an xP expansion module does the controller need to be powered off? Resolution When replacing or adding an xP expansion module the controller must be powered off, i.e., hot-swapping is not allowed. Adding an expansion module to a controller requires the controller to be cold-started. After the cold-start the CPU light on the first xP module should blink once at a rate of about once every 2 seconds. This is considerably slower than the controller CPU LED it is connected to. If a second xP module is connected, it also has about 2 seconds between flashes, but it will flash twice indicating it has detected the second module.
