Cause
Customer wishes to use Webstation to access the system over the internet
Resolution
Inform the local IT department that the PC or Automation Server will need a public IP address in order to be accessed from outside of the Local Area Network. If the device has an IP address of 10.xxx.xxx.xxx it is an internal IP address and will not be visible from outside of the local IP domain.
NOTE: When the device is available on the Internet, this will allow anyone with internet access and a correct password to access the system.
