Issue
If you import Users via a CSV with multiple Access Levels, some of the Users can have the wrong Access Level attached to their profile.

Cause
The issue seems to occur only if the Access Level with the longer name is read in first, and then the shorter name.
Example: "Access Level" will come before "Access Level Main"
Resolution
Within the CSV, sort the CSV by the Access Level column to ensure that the shorter name comes first.
