Sigma - Values on a Dynaview chart are not correct.

Issue Dynaview chart values are not correct, when compared with a display done from an index entry. Environment Sigma All versions. Sigma controllers. Dynaview. Cause When a Sigma Dynaview chart is first opened, the initial value recorded. After this first value, all further values are updated on a "Change of value" condition only, this means that if the object tolerance setting is too big, the chart is not updated. Resolution The object tolerance setting is available within the object configuration, so if the chart is not being updated carry out the following. 1 - Close the Dynaview chart. 2 - Reduce the tolerance setting via the Sigma object editor. 3 -  Download the object to the controller. 4 -  Restart the Dynaview chart. Note:  Reducing the tolerance too far, can lead to updates dominating communications resources in the controller. For example; 1.  A temperature object can be set to 0.05 to give an update for every 0.1 degrees. 2 . A change of state programmable object should be set to 0.5 as it will returned true/false statement (equivalent to 1/0). 3. A pressure sensor measuring Pascal’s (100's) may need the tolerance setting higher (e.g. 10) as pressure can change rapidly at higher values.  For globally changing the tolerance values for the Sigma objects a Sigma Tolerance Utility is available, to download it, please Click Here.

Network variables from LON devices not included in export file.

Issue Network variables from LON devices not included in export file. Environment Vista 5.1.X Workstation Cause The user does not have system manager (or higher) authority. Resolution Grant the user that will be carrying out the export/import function system manager authority level. Here is some information on the different authority levels in Vista (taken from the help file) Authority Level In this field you can choose between: User has the lowest rights and is in principle only allowed to see values (and not change them) and acknowledge alarms. Field Manager is, in addition to this, allowed to change values of points and force variables in the installation. Operation Manager is, in addition to this, allowed to program everything; to create and delete objects, to configure objects, to assign authority to objects, to create and edit color graphics. He may also disable alarms and change parameter settings in the installation. However he has no access to functions that affect system security. System Manager has all rights and can for example create/delete user profiles, log out other operators, set passwords, assign authority to objects, define network nodes etc. Normally, very few persons have these rights.

What is the maximum number of Network Controllers (InfinityController object) that I can have in my Continuum Database?

Issue What is the maximum number of Network Controllers (InfinityController object) that I can have in my Continuum Database? Environment Continuum Cyberstation Cause Site expansion. What is the maximum number of Network Controllers (Netcontroller, ACX, etc...) that the system can grow too. Resolution There is no logical limit. Although you can only have up to 190 in one network folder.
