How does the "Door Closed Timer" work in the I/NET Seven Door editor?

Issue How does the "Door Closed Timer" work in the I/NET Seven Door editor? Environment I/NET site with Access Control Cause Explaining the Door Closed Timer in the I/NET Seven Door editor Resolution Set the duration of the Door closed timer to a value from 0 to 25.5 seconds (0.1-second increments). This timer determines how long the door must remain closed (as sensed by the door sense switch) before an unauthorized door open condition will trigger a "forced door" message. Use this feature to help prevent false "forced door" messages that can sometimes occur when a door closes, but then bounces enough distance to trigger a temporary open condition at the door sense switch.

Sigma - The Analogue Output Card Only Produces 9.9 Volts DC

Issue The Sigma Analogue Output card is expected to produce a voltage range of 0–10 V DC. However, it only outputs a maximum of 9.9 V DC. Product Line Satchwell BAS & Sigma Environment Sigma Analogue Output Card Cause Although the card is specified to produce a 0–10 V DC output, in practice it delivers slightly less than 10 V. This is a known limitation of the hardware design and is within acceptable tolerance levels for most applications. Resolution This behavior is normal and expected. The card is designed to output up to 9.9 V DC, which is considered acceptable for systems requiring a nominal 0–10 V range. If precise 10 V output is critical for your application, consider the following options: Calibration: Check if downstream devices can be calibrated to account for the 0.1 V difference. Alternative Hardware: Evaluate other output modules that guarantee full 0–10 V range. Refer to the product datasheet DS13353_0208 for detailed specifications.

Jace 9000 Commissioning Time

Issue Extended Jace 9000 Commissioning Time. Product Line TAC IA Series Environment I/A Series Jace 9000 Cause With the release of the Jace 9000 using Ubuntu Core 20 Linux as it’s operating system the commissioning/upgrade times increase as compared to the previous Jace 8000. Initial commissioning times can take longer then 15 minutes to finish. There are scenarios where multiple reboots are needed after the initial commissioning is completed. Once the commissioning has been completed for the Jace 9000, boot times should be significantly lower. Resolution Users will need to reboot their Jace at least twice and will need to set more time aside for commissioning of the new Jace 9000s. Please allow for a minimum of 15 minutes for commissioning. If you continue to experience issues with bootup or commissioning on the Jace 9000,  please contact your country level product support. Please note that the JACE-9000 does not print a lot of output on the debug port when you cycle power so give it time to fully bootup.
