Cause
Sigma 4.04 (3.41.14) has a known defect where DDE write commands are not accepted. This affects ModBMS functionality when attempting to write data to Sigma.
Resolution
To resolve this issue:
- Install Service Pack 1 for Sigma 4.04 (3.41.14).
- This service pack corrects the DDE write command issue and restores full read/write functionality.
