Issue Door show Deny Entry Schedule after deleting a special day schedule on the special day Environment I/NET Access Control Cause The process to execute the Special Day begins at midnight on the first day of the duration, and ends at the end of the last day of duration. If you delete the Special day while it is running you will get denied entry. Resolution Do not Delete special Day schedules on special days Modify the special day schedule to match the desired access control results. On the next non-special day, Delete the schedule If you have already deleted the special Day or special Schedule Option A - Delete the special day from the Host and the Controller     Perform a station restore to force the controller to use the current programming Option B - Determine which special day schedule type the controller is operating on Modify or create a schedule for that special day with the desired access privileges On the next non-special business day, enter the desired programming for special days.

Additional transducers have been added; and now, none of the transducers operate properly. Environment PCU Voltage-to-Pneumatic transducers Cause The amperage or power draw limitations of the PCU have most likely been exceeded. Resolution Sum up the total current and / or power draw of all the transducers and compare this to the maximum current or power output of the PCU. Reduce the number of transducers to stay within the limitations.

An override period of 60-minutes is being used. Resolution Check to ensure the setup/setback features within a Temperature Control extension (attached to the MCI-Occ point) are not populated. Only use the setup/setback features within the ASC Parameter editor.

Issue In I/NET Seven, I’m missing the first entry in ACTrans table. I am in the process of upgrading the site from I/NET 2000. The Site is now running I/NET Seven revision 1.00 or 1.01. Environment I/NET Site Cause In I/NET Seven, I’m missing the first entry in ACTrans table. I am in the process of upgrading the site from I/NET 2000. The Site is now running I/NET Seven revision 1.00 or 1.01. Resolution This is a reported bug that has been fix in I/NET Seven rev 1.02 (Track Record #3436). DbCreate (which is a TAC product) was failing to import the first entry in the ACTrans table. Now, when an I/NET 2000 database is migrated, all entries will be brought to I/NET Seven. Subsequent edits can be performed and the list will remain intact.
