What happens if my DCE subscription license expires?

If your Data Center Expert 9.0+  subscription or trial has expired, or the node count exceeds the allowed limit, you must purchase or amend the subscription on the mySchneider Software Management website.

You then download a new license file from the mySchneider Software Management website and then upload the file in the DCE desktop client.

Some features are not available once your subscription license has expired:

• DCE server software updates
• Device firmware updates
• Camera clip retrieval and export. Camera clips will continue to be recorded.
