Manage your DCE subscription license in mySchneider Software Management

The Data Center Expert 9.0.0 release introduced subscription licensing managed on the mySchneider Software Management website.

All device nodes are included in the subscription: SNMP devices, Modbus devices, and surveillance cameras.

Before updating your DCE server:

• Make sure you have your passwords for the apcsetup and apcreset users.
• Make sure to create a backup.

When you update your DCE server from version 8.3.0 to 9.0.0, all existing license keys will be removed and combined into one new DCE subscription license that enables the software for 90 days.

Contact customer support to assist you with migrating your license keys.

Note:  Any time remaining on an existing support contract will be honored in mySchneider Software Management.
