I wonder if anyone can help. We have an Ideal Logic+ Combi boiler, and having used Hive as our heating control for a few years I wanted to trial the Open Therm option on our boiler. I've installed a Wiser Kit 1 and made the relevant changes. All ok, all working and the boiler appears to be doing it's 'thing' in terms of a great range of modulation and holds the room temperature beautifully. BUT the Wiser App HUB Devices is adamant that under "boiler type" when I switch to "open therm" a warning triangle appears stating "an OT connection is currently unavailable" This clearly isn't the case and I've tried all the usual, incl a full reset of the Hub.
Any ideas?

I have the same problem.
It's only occurred recently along with the ability to select OT modulation as an option, so I think it's a problem with the latest app update. I have had OT running since I installed the Hubr last year and not seen the little red triangle until recently.
I have OT control and OT modulation selected and it appears to be controlling the boiler as I can't manually adjust the flow temperature and something is setting it? I presume it must be the Hubr, despite it saying OT connection unavailable.
Wiser have been working on their implementation of OT apparently, and so far this year it has been a lot better. Last year the initial flow temperature was stupidly hot, 80o in my case, before it modulated down and this lead to uncomfortably hot temperatures, particularly in the mornings, for about an hour. Don't touch the radiators!
So far this year the maximum flow temp I've seen at switch on is 60o, and the system is running much much better, hopefully they'll continue to refine it going forward but updates are painfully slow to be implemented, but at least they are updating things.

Well my app has just updated to version 6.6.0 and the red triangle has now disappeared.
It also kicked me out of the app and I had to sign in again and now my local outside temperature reading has disappeared along with my Insights+.
They've added a "Wiser System Status" link on the support page of the app and when I follow that I see an exclamation mark against the Insights+ service status.
I noticed some other people have been having a problem with Insights, which I hadn't until the app update,
I wonder how long it will take them to fix that and what else they'll break when they do so.
But at least they've fixed "OT connection not detected" problem.
