Looking for a working APK for legacy Wiser system (EER21000 + EER53000)

Hello,
I recently bought an apartment equipped with an older Wiser heating control system composed by:

• 1 x Wiser Controller EER21000

• 5 x Wiser Radiator Thermostats EER53000

• 1 x Wiser Smart Plug EER40050

I managed to connect the controller, the plug and all radiator heads through the local web interface (accessed via LAN at 192.168.1.x).
The problems I see are that the system reports “Disconnected” and that I find no proper mobile application.

I found some APKs online (Wiser Home 5.1.16, 3.11.0, etc.) but none of them work with my controller.
I would like to control the system from two Android phones, if possible.

My controller details:

• Firmware version: WU.EH.R.04.05.08

• Device/MAC: 02:45:03:00:17:EE

• Status: System updated, but Disconnected

• Country: Italy

I kindly ask for help with the following:

1. Which Android app is the correct and still compatible one for the EER21000 controller?

2. Can you provide the official APK download link or archive version?

3. Is there any updated procedure to connect this controller to a mobile app?

4. Does this controller still support Wiser cloud services, or is it limited to LAN-only operation now?
