What is the actual working stroke of the Wiser radiator valve, as mine only seems to move about 1.5mm, but the pin on the valve moves about 3mm?

You might need to recalibrate. Sorry if you know how to do this already but..... ensure the thermostat is fully secured on the valve, take out the batteries (wait a few seconds) then reconnect them. The lights will flash for a few seconds and then it will fully open the valve (only red light will appear). Once that has happened turn the thermostat to off, blue light will appear. Thermostat will recalibrate.
