Wiser hub v2 connection error

I have followed hub wifi tips here, have latest iPhone and wiser firmware have fixed 2.4ghz wifi channel, reserved ip address for the hub in my router but still have connection errors every few days. 

any other tips??

Thanks for your post, is it a new behaviour (appeared after the latest system release mid Oct 25) ?

Is your hub wifi signal good ?

Have you specified a channel on the 2.4ghz band or left it as auto? My issues were solved by fixing the channel to 6 (try 1, 6 or 11 as these are the non overlapping ones). I have lots of non Wiser smart plugs and believe the issue to be caused by clashes on the channel with non Wiser Zigbee devices.
