Getting started with EcoStruxure IT Expert is easy!

 

Sign up for free, download the Gateway software, and install the app on your phone.

 

  1. Create an EcoStruxure IT account here.
  2. Follow the on-screen instructions to download and install the EcoStruxure IT Gateway software. 
  3. Configure the Gateway software. Checklist and Instructions
  4. Install the EcoStruxure IT app on your phone. See how

On the web:

 

1. Log in to your EcoStruxure IT account.

2. Go to Administration  cogwheel.png  > Subscriptions.

3. Click Start 30 day free trial.

Subscribe to IT Expert

 

See the step-by-step guide

 

You can purchase EcoStruxure IT Expert software licenses in mySchneider Software Management through a partner or purchase yourself.

 

mySchneider Software Management is a credit-based licensing system enabled by a digital voucher code you receive via email.

 

Once your order is complete and you receive your voucher code, you can redeem it for credits to activate your new IT Expert subscription license.

 

  1. Log in to mySchneider with an existing account, or register to create a new account.
  2. Go to My Business > Software Management. 
  3. On the Software > Digital Locker page, click Redeem Voucher.
  4. Enter the voucher code from the email you received. Click Redeem to add the voucher credits to your account.
