Summer comfort mode
Hello,
In our house we operate many Wiser Smart Home products via the Wiser Smart Hub Gen. 2, including shutter micro modules. Now we have bought a temperature/humidity sensor. According to the instructions (p. 14ff. in the english instructions for the shutter micor module), it should be possible to use it in combination with shutter micor modules to activate a so-called summer comfort mode under settings->Smart modes, which automatically raises and lowers the blinds during the day to protect against heat, depending on the measured indoor temperature and the outdoor temperature displayed in the app. Unfortunately, the corresponding entry is missing under "Smart modes"; only the "Heating" tab with the two modes Eco and Comfort are displayed. There is neither the "shutters" tab shown in the instructions nor the corresponding "summer comfort mode". All technical requirements are met (an adress was added to the app and the shutters work as intended) and the app runs on the current version (6.4.2 Build 1349). It works neither on Android nor on Apple end devices.
Is this a bug in the app, or are there other settings to be made so that the mode is displayed and adjustable
