during a routine service call at a client I was kindly sked to perform a small change in the Wiser2 widgets. That is simple in itself except that the firmware update bricked the Wiser2 during the upgrade...
The symptoms are as follow:
- Green light on power
- flashing light on Zigbee icon
- no lights at all on the network socket
- internal red light on for the C-Bus present (not at the front)
- Ip Utility can't see the device...
After a full factory reset (power off, press and hold reset button for 25 sec whilst the power is restarting), same symptoms...
