Hi all,
during a routine service call at a client I was kindly sked to perform a small change in the Wiser2 widgets. That is simple in itself except that the firmware update bricked the Wiser2 during the upgrade...
The symptoms are as follow:
- Green light on power
- flashing light on Zigbee icon
- no lights at all on the network socket
- internal red light on for the C-Bus present (not at the front)
- Ip Utility can't see the device...
After a full factory reset (power off, press and hold reset button for 25 sec whilst the power is restarting), same symptoms...
Is there anyway to recover this?

There is no way on your side to repair the product. It need an engineering action to recover the operating system.

I used the link and went down the rabbit hole and ended up using the chat because I could not find anything useful.
the chat person looks like has gound a way… we shall see.
