Hi,
I currently have a Mexico Super 480FF gas boiler that heats the hot water in the tank and heats the water to the radiators.
I also have a water pump that pumps the water to the radiators.
My controller is a POTTERTON EP2, and it works like this:
- When I activate the HOT WATER function on the controller, the boiler starts and heats the water in the tank.
- When I activate the CENTRAL HEATING function on the controller, only the water pump to the radiators starts. If I want the radiators to be warm, I also need to activate the HOT WATER function.
I purchased a Drayton Wiser 2-Channel Heating & Hot Water 1st gen.
Connected everything correctly.
When I activate the HOT WATER function on the HUB, the boiler starts and heats the water in the tank.
When I activate the HEATING function on the HUB, only the water pump to the radiators starts.
Is it possible to change this in the app so that when the HEATING function is activated, HOT WATER will also be activated?

Hi @osalj ,
Thanks for your post, in the mobile application, it is not possible to activate the Hot Water with Heating function with your current Wiser hub 1st. To synchronize your need to link the output 4 to the output 3 through a NO contactor with output 4 as contactor input.
