Hi,
When I came back from vacation, my Wiser Hub Gen 2 (CCT501801) was showing a solid red LED.
I rebooted it, and now every time it starts, it connects to my router (receives IP 192.168.1.125 and shows a continuous green LED for a few seconds) but then switches to a slow flashing green light.
At that point, the hub is visible on my network — an IP scan (nmap) shows ports 22, 55, 80, 443, and 8888 open — but no service or API is reachable.
Using Chrome or curl.exe results in either a 502 Bad Gateway from nginx or no response at all, depending on the attempt.
I tried both the soft reset (1 second) and the factory reset (10–15 seconds) procedures, but neither changed anything.
The hub is now permanently stuck on a slow flashing green LED, and it feels like a soft-brick situation, since the hardware seems operational (it still gets an IP and responds to ping).
Any official guidance or firmware recovery tool for this situation would be highly appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
Vincent

in addition, it's noticeable (but probably normal) that I've never seen the wiser_XXXX wifi again whatever my reset procedure was
