Wiser dimmer flashing LED Issue

Having issues with the wiser connected dimmer

41EPBDWCLMZ

TV2522 / PDL354PBDMBTZ

I have tried 3 separate dimmers to which all are having the same issue

Issue:

The white LED flashes 5 times, pause for a second than repeats endlessly

I can still triple press to pair, I can still factory reset and change between zigbee and Bluetooth.

But the flashing 5x white light sequence continues during all those processes.

Pairing to my hub to see the product in the phone results in it spamming on/off endlessly

I have installed many before to which this is now my 2nd occurrence of this issue. But having 3 in a row today is making me believe I've messed up somewhere.

Product is getting 240v, terminated just to A (active) and N (Neutral). Leaving the load and control empty

Hi @Martinez838 ,

Did you contact our local customer support ? If not, i collected info that such behaviour is because the load linked to the dimmer is empty.

The Dimmer requires a load to be functional, the 5 flashes is an error message for No Load, Faulty Load or Non-Dimmable Load.

Fixed my issue,

Posting here incase others stumble upon this. Since its not noted anywhere else that i could find.

Unlike the wiser connected 2ax/10ax switch, The Wiser connected dimmer MUST have a load terminated into the mech.
