On July 31st I was forced to upgrade my Wiser Energy App to the new Schneider Home app. Since then I lost all of the monitor readings and old data. I opened a support case two weeks ago and so far nobody has provided support. Yesterday I went thru the online chat and a representative told me that they are having issues with the software because it is in a process of development. My question is; who decided to force customers to migrate to a new software that is not working and lacks the functionality that customers had with the Sense Wiser Energy app ? It is ridiculous that thousands of customers now have their Wiser Energy monitors useless while they work on developing the software. Any one have any information on what is going on with Schneider ?

Yeah it's horrible. I should have never bought the Wiser Energy Monitor, and instead have just purchased the Sense product. I want my $$$ back.
