Across all the devices I have connected to my Wiser hub, in each category, all the devices are on the same level of firmware, except for one.
One Room Thermostat is several versions behind all the others. I've tried deleting it and re-adding it, but this has made no difference. It works fine, so this isn't a major issue. I just wondered if there is anything else I can try to force an update?

Hi @MalcolmSu ,
We continue to support "older" devices, It is strange that the product didn't upgrade its firmware but the changes between the two versions are minor and not impacted the customer experience.

Hi @MalcolmSu ,
The firmware upgrade of the devices is automatic if it is compliant with the product. Sometimes, the firmware upgrade is not done if the device is far from the hub.
Perhaps, you can try that but pay attention that you need to put the device closed to the hub for 24h maximum.

I doubt that signal strength is the issue since the problematic thermostat has a better signal strength than the others with the current firmware.
I note that the thermostat is older, with a 2018 WP. The others have WP 2022 dates. But Schneider will still support these?
