Firmware Passerelle Génération 2

Bonjour, j'ai 2 passerelle génération 2 (dans 2 endroits) mais l'une est restée à la version 4.18.36 alors que l'autre est en 4.42.23. 

les 2 sont connectées à internet (et au cloud wiser). le soucis c'est que je souhaite profiter de la fonction "matter" dans la première ... et l'onglet "matter" n'apparait pas (alors qu'il apparait sur la seconde !).

 

il est écrit que les passerelle se mettent à jour toutes seules, je ne comprends pas pourquoi ça n'est pas le cas ?

 

y a t-il un moyen de rechercher ses MAJ sans passer par "installateur" ? j'ai peur de perdre mes appairages si je vais dans ce menu (installateur).

Bonjour, merci pour votre réponse (passée dans mes spams d'où mon retard). oui, j'avais essayé de redémarrer, de forcer la MAJ en "installateur" sans résultats. le SAV schneider a été très réactif (et performant !) et ils ont réussi à forcer la MAJ par leur serveur. j'ai ainsi pu avoir le pont "matter" que je souhaitais ajouter à Homekit.

Bonjour @Olympe ,

Merci pour votre post, les mises à jour des passerelles sont automatiques quand elles sont connectées à internet. Avez-vous essayé de redémarrer cette passerelle dans la version 4.18.36 ?

Le fait de passer en mode installateur ne changera rien, car une fois la passerelle reliée à un compte client et connectée à internet, il n'est plus possible de la mettre à jour en local.

Si vous pouvez me partager la MAC adresse de votre passerelle, je peux regarder rapidement mais le plus simple sera ensuite de contacter notre service client au  01 85 14 87 70.
