Looking at devices in Alexa I only see the named devices, which are room and radiator thermostats, the hub doesn't appear, so shouldn't be a problem. There are no controls for the hub in the app anyway, so it wouldn't serve any purpose.

Thank you.
I probably need to clarify.
I have two systems. Each using the Wiser app registered with two different email addresses. That in itself is a problem because I have to use two devices to control the two systems.
I can only link one email address to Alexa.
What I really need to find out, unless I am missing something, is there another app that will also control the Wiser devices so that I can link both to Alexa?
It seems that Schneider has never considered that two hubs might be used together on one account. An option to add another hub would make it so much easier.

Indeed it would be useful, I've no idea how you could do it I'm afraid

You could look to use Home Assistant. Full disclosure - I help write the integration for HA. This supports multiple hubs and can be integrated with Alexa (monthly cloud fee for HA cloud). Works really well, allows you to create functions/automate stuff that does not exist in Wiser app and has cards to manage schedules and show your Zigbee network of Wiser devices. It could be your root to your automated home! 😉

Thank you.
If I have found the right pricing this is £65 per year. Rather too much for the convenience. But, I appreciate you showing me that a solution is there if required.
I would add that IFTTT Pro+ allows two accounts but it seems there are only geofencing and away mode commands available so far.
