Can I connect a Wiser Relay (CCTFR6001) to a Wiser Gateway CCTFR6901G2 when one relay is already installed?

Hello,
I currently have a Wiser Gateway (model CCTFR6901G2) installed, along with its existing heating control setup.
I would like to add an additional Wiser Relay (CCTFR6001) to the same system in order to control a second independent heating device.

Before purchasing the module, I would like to confirm the following:

1. Can the CCTFR6901G2 gateway pair with more than one relay (CCTFR6001) simultaneously?

2. Does the Wiser Home app support managing two separate boiler/heat-source relays within a single installation?

3. Are there any technical limitations or unsupported configurations when using multiple boiler relays with the same gateway?

I looked through the available documentation but couldn’t find a clear answer on whether this setup is officially supported.

It is not possible with these products. An alternative solution can be proposed but only sold in UK, where are you located ?

Hi @Noctural ,

Wiser Home system is not launched in Belgium but Wiser Home app is available as in the past, Wiser Energy solution was sold and some customers need to have a system for energy monitoring.

THe gateway you need is only sold in UK (2nd Generation | 2 Channel HubR | Smart Home Hubs), please check that gateway documentation before ordering if it will meet your needs (files)
