Would it be possible to add "conditional moment", ie time-dependent moment.

Typically, I have a smart switch at the entrance of my home. When I leave, I click down to close all the light, and decrease the temperature. When I enter, I click up to open the entry hall light and increase the temperature, but I'd like the light open to be time-dependent, so I'd need to define a moment "Entering Home" that would be define as Increase Temperature and If between sunrise - 30mn & sunset + 30mn then open the entry hall light.

Could such a feature be added in a next version?
