I discovered this morning that Comfort Mode is resulting in my heating coming on 3 hours early.
I only found out because a rad was particularly noisy this morning and woke me up. My wife then informed me it comes on every day at 4am!
It definitely only takes about an hour to get my rooms from 18 to 21 so why the extra time?
Is there any way to reset/tweak the learning or do I just have to turn this mode off and implement manually by tweaking my on times?
Thanks!

Yes me too, which is a bit disappointing given the possibilities of the system. I've also now had to switch off one of its energy-saving features
Maybe support can comment but does it need some time to learn the room dynamics, and if so how long is required?
(I do also see some incorrect behaviour where it has picked up the setpoint from a previous or the next action and so is heating a room when it shouldn't. I'll trawl the forum for the answer to this a bit more but these are my two main bugbears with the system at the moment after a year of having it installed)

Interesting. I've activated comfort mode so I'll see what mine does.
I wonder if it's doing a slow ramp up, so gradually increasing the temp. Would be a bit odd if that was the case.
