Hello all,
I was in the mids of renovations in my house during last few months and missed the migration of Wiser device from WiserApp to SchneiderHome app. I tap login, it take me to a chrome browser and back to login page. I I installed the app on my wifes phone, again went though a login sequance, no problem, and then once I am logged in, it kickes me back to the login page. am I missing something?! I cannot proceed into migration steps kindly provided by the SE team.
I did open a ticket with wiser support group (118903892) but their working hrs are squarly aligned with mine, so I am hoping someone seen this issue with their phone here and can help me in addressing this issue.

Hi @VitBadger85 ,
Thanks for your post, i contacted our technical support and it said me that it recommended you to use another device to remedy the issue as your current phone or service provided don't allow you to get authorized from the Schneider Electric Identification platform.
