Schneider have recently announced a major update to the Wiser system
16th December 2022 | App update version 6.1.5
Why would they choose the Christmas period for this - when there will be fewer support staff around and the consequences of any bugs will have their biggest impact (anybody else having folk to stay?!?)
I have firewalled-off my Hubᴿ until the New Year ... or maybe Spring 🤔
(Too late for the App., the iTRVs and the Roomstats, but the Hubᴿ is still running 3.10.8)

I reported this nonsense to Schneider (two years ago today, as it happens)
They said: "Regarding your first query about firmware versions, yes, that is correct, the display is hexadecimal"
I gave up at that point.
My Roomstats say: "0.42.2 : 24" on boot.
The API returns: "ActiveFirmwareVersion":"0000a412" and "OtaVersion":42002
(Wiser Home reports 0000a412)
Lurking elsewhere in the API data is: "FirmwareFilename": "105E-04E1-0000A412-0000-0009.zigbee"

The app mostly shows the firmware in Hex.
Converting to Decimal shows you have:
iTRV 0000ea64 = 60004 (Latest)
Room Stat 0000ea63 = 60003 (Older?)
https://www.rapidtables.com/convert/number/hex-to-decimal.html
My HubR is on 3.10.8
iTRV are all on 0000ea64
1 Room stat has 0000ea63
1 Room stat has 0000a412
UFH has 00007d02 = 32002 (latest)
My devices have been at these firmware levels since November-ish when the system was installed.

Speaking on the phone (inundated) support:
The v4.12.30 isn't released yet, and is not going to be soon.
Room stat firmwares 0000ea63 and 0000a412 are equivalent and latest, but running on different hardware versions.

The issue is that the latest versions as quoted by Schneider, even using a hex converter, do not match what I have. Its a shame Schneider support don't participate in their own forums so that we can ask them for clarity.

Yes, it's suboptimal to say the least to have to scrabble around for snippets of info from dubious sources. And for an official post on the SE website to provide inaccurate and incomplete information is an embarrassment.
A single point of information about latest firmware levels, along with the issues they address is fairly standard, and should not be too much to ask.
