Custom properties in IT Expert

IT Expert Administrator or Editor users can define custom properties and add notes in the device details for all monitored devices on the website and in the mobile app. An IT Expert subscription is required.

Select a device from the Devices page to edit its Custom Properties in the lower right corner.

Custom properties are included in the CSV reports exported from the Devices page.

• Service Due Date
• Last Service Date
• Device Note: Enter information important for the device, 255 characters maximum

  You can use the contents of the device notes to search for a device on the Devices page.
