We do have NetBotz Appliance 570. Which SMS Modem cell you recommend us ? shall I buy Multi-Tech MultiModem cell ?

Hi Yidnekachew,

K-base FA158359 Has a list of modems supported by the "version 3" NetBotz devices which include the NBRK0570. The most recent added to the list included the one you mentioned:

In NetBotz v4.3, the following additional USB modems are supported:

MutiTech MultiModem Cell
MutiTech MultiModem Cell 3G MTCBA-H5
MutiTech MultiModem iCell 3G MTCMR-H5

Botzware 4.5.3  adds support for additional USB modem:
MultiTech QuickCarrier® USB-D, MTD-H5-2.0

Although we try to keep this document up to date, you can also check the release notes as they will also note any newly supported devices.

Keep in mind that if you do have issues, APC may not be able to fully support you if the device is not listed as supported.

Alternatively, either use off the shelves email to SMS gateway, or subscribe to email to SMS service from the local telco provider.
