Gateway version 2.1 will support this feature. Release is pending.
Configure Web credentials in the Gateway to retrieve video clips from NetBotz 75x surveillance cameras in IT Expert.
NetBotz 75x video clips are available on the Physical security page in IT Expert when at least one of the Gateways in your organization is updated to version 2.1 or newer.

Log in to the Gateway, and go to Settings > Device credentials.

In the Web Credentials section, click New web credentials to create settings, or click the tiles for the existing settings to modify them.
