Dear experts
I have a problem with a PM5560, when I try to export the data I have the following error.
The data from the afernoon is with the "a.m.", this doesnt happen in the meter web page
I attached the meter template, the configuration report and the excel exported by ION Setup
What should I do?
Best regards
Jhimmy

I'm assuming the data appears in the exact same manner in the ION Setup window *prior* to exporting of the data?
If so, this is likely a issue with ION Setup and the localization settings.
Attempt to switch your localization settings to some North America standard such that the timestamps appear with an "am" or "pm" designation and see if that fixes the issue or not. If it does indeed fix the issue, use those settings temporarily when viewing the data and exporting it and then reset them back afterwards.
Let me know exactly what localization settings you are using and I'll investigate what the issue is.
Control Panel -> Clock and Region and change the format to English (United States).

I believe the issue is the fact that the regional setting has a space between am pm designations.
If you modify the AM symbol and PM symbol to remove the space, it should function OK.
Ex. So instead of showing "a. m." or "p. m." to show it as "a.m." and "p.m."
This is due to the way ION Setup is trying to decode the string and then adjust for a device's selected timezone setting (so the space is making it unable to differentiate between 1 a. m. and 1 p. m. (i.e. its not able to add 12 hours when it tries to do its adjustment).
So go to Control Panel -> Clock and Region -> Additional settings... -> Time tab
then type in the AM symbol edit box "a.m." (no space) and PM symbol edit box "p.m." (no space).
Click Apply and then upload the log again and they should show properly.
[Edit] I've generated a fix for this issue which will be available in next month's update (April 6th)
