Dear experts,
I have a customer who it's meter PM5560 stop communicating.
When I check the ethernet settings by the meter screen
Those exclamation marks doesn't disappear, and I can't comunícate with it.
There is no more devices connected in the LAN.
What should I do?

Hello @JuanMQT ,
The meter IP address will be highlighted with !! mark if the Ethernet connection is not stable between meter and host.
Can you please keep the Ethernet cable plugged and power cycle the meter once and check is this behavior?
You can also check this condition with one to one connection (between meter and laptop ) if it above power cycle step is not working.
