Hello,
Two days Back I bought new DM6300 so I give the power supply and Connected +(A) -(B) to USB to RS-485 converter and also I am follwing DM6xxx register map pdf for register addresses, So I am trying to read the diffrent registers values but I am not able to communicate properly.
default baud rate is 19200 but I changed to 9600, Am I missing anyting ?
so could any one help me please.

First question I would ask is have you tested your USB to RS-485 converter on a different known working device? In Windows 10 I know Microsoft did a number of changes to the USB serial converters to block a number of pirated serial chips.
Also in some usb serial drivers in the port properties there are settings like buffer send and receive sizes. Some converters may need these settings adjusted.
I am sorry I do not know the DM6xxx devices specifically to know if there is anything you need to do with the device.
