Hi there,
There is an application request to capture waveform in VLL in addition to the default of capture waveform in VLN when wiring in WYE connection of a ION9000.
As such, a new set waveform recorder modules had been added, with the inputs linked to Data Acquisition Module's output of V12, V23, V31.
The datalog viewer had been duplicated from default diagram to include the phase-to-phase waveform. The waveform is captured successfully and able to see it under Plot Display; Harmonics Analysis and Phasor Diagram in Vista or ION Setup.
However, an error of "There was a problem processing your request." is shown when opening the same phase-to-phase voltage waveform in web portal (while all good when opening the default V1, V2, V3 waveform in the same event.
The screen captures are attached and your guidance is much appreciated so that the captured phase-to-phase waveform can be displayed in webportal like the default.
Thanks.
Regards,

Hello @eRicC ,
You will likely have better success if you post this question on the PME forum rather than metering forum.

Charles
