Sign Up to the Web Portal

If you already have an account on partner.schneider-electric.com, you can log in to the Web Portal using those credentials.

To get a Schneider Electric account:

1. Visit smartconnect.apc.com and click Get Started.
2. Enter your email address and click Continue
3. Verify that a confirmation email was sent to the email address specified.
   Enter the 6-digit code from the confirmation email into the Verify Your Identity field and click Continue.
4. On the Create your Account page, enter your:
   • Email address – the web portal will send a confirmation email to this address.
   • Name (First and Last)
   • Password:
     • The password must be at least 10 characters in length.
     • The password cannot contain your first name or last name.
     • The password must use at least 3 of four character types: upper case letters, lower case letters, numbers and special characters.
     • The password cannot contain the email address or part of email.
     • You can also opt to receive product information and promotional materials from Schneider Electric by selecting the Yes radio button.
   • Click Register
     
     
5. On the next page, you can search for your company, or enter the name and select Register your Company.
   
   Enter the details for:
   • Company Name*
   • Company Name*
   • Business Type*
   • Area of Focus*
   • Location*
   • Address*
   • State/Province*
   • City*
   • Zip Code*
   • Tax ID

   * required fields
   
   

   Click Confirm
   
   

6. Accept the terms and conditions to complete the account setup. At next login, you will be asked to enable Multi-Factor Authentication.
