Updating your Profile

You can update your Schneider Electric account profile to change your:

• Name
• Email 
• Password
• Language Preference
• Address details 
• Enable two-Factor Authentication
• Add company contact details for a personalized service and faster technical support

NOTE: It is highly recommended that you enable Two-Factor Authentication to add an extra layer of security to your account. This must be enabled in the web portal to remotely reboot your UPS device’s outlet groups:

1 .Click My Account and navigate to View Profile.

2 .In the My Profile page, select Two-Factor Authentication.

3 .Click Turn On.

4 .Choose your preferred verification method for two-factor authentication and confirm your selection.

Password Reset

1. Visit the Web Portal login page.
2. Click Forgot your password?
3. Enter the email address you used to create your Schneider Electric account.
4. Select the ‘I am not a robot’ checkbox to complete the security check.
5. Click Reset Password
6. Check your email account for the password reset email, and follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.

Delete Account

To delete both your SmartConnect account and Schneider Electric account:

1. Click Delete My Account
2. Click Next in the Account Deletion Request page.

NOTE: This action cannot be undone and your user accounts across all Schneider Electric applications will be permanently deleted.
