This document presents different ways to change the animation color of the common process library objects in EcoStruxure Automation Expert. 3 methods are presented: a simple method using the standard parameters to modify the color animation of all objects in the library. A static method using the instance properties to customize the animation color of each instance. A dynamic method to change the animation color of an object, directly from the logic. Example of dynamic color change: These methods can be applied to change the color of any graphical objects. The Solution archive example is attached ( EcoStruxure Automation Expert V22.0)

Issue When creating a CAT using multiple animated symbols or SubCats and using an instance of that CAT in a canvas, the parameters of the built-in objects are not displayed and cannot be modified. Resolution The aim of the document is to explain how to display the properties of embedded objects (animated symbols or SubCATs) in order to be able to modify them in the instance of the CAT. In 2019 EcoStruxure Process Expert was released with a new General Purpose Library for Situational Awareness – GPL SA - as its default library. This is a new library and while functionally like previous General Purpose Library – GPL Classic - there is no direct upgrade between the libraries. Instead the existing library is maintained and supported for existing customers. If projects or customers want to leverage the new general process library, they must migrate their project between the libraries and re-draw their graphics screens...

Issue Although EcoStruxure Automation Expert comes with some standard data entry tools, I want to create different ways of entering information, similar to Microsoft Forms.
