Sales of EcoStruxure IT Gateway Appliances will end in December, 2022. This includes both the NUC (INNUC0119) and the Dell PowerEdge R330 (DLPE301118).
Support for Gateway Appliances will end in December 2023.
Gateway software updates, OS updates, or security updates are no longer deployed for the Gateway appliance.
It is strongly advised that you migrate to a new installation of the Gateway software.
Note: The Gateway appliance is no longer supported by the manufacturer as of December, 2023. Although it is possible to repurpose the Gateway appliance, it is strongly advised that you do not run the Gateway software on the appliance after December, 2023.
Can I still connect an unsupported Gateway Appliance to EcoStruxure IT for the first time after support is discontinued, or will the new connection be rejected? How about existing Gateway Appliances that are already connected - how long will they be allowed to remain connected? Are there any plans to release a new Gateway Appliance offer?
