PM5341 TCP/IP COMMUNICATION PORT PROTOCOL

Dears hello,

I would like to communicate with PM5341 according to TCP/IP protocol, but communication setting doesn't cotain. It just contaion BacNet and Enet.

Where can I reach the retaled protocol and how can I connect with the device by this way?

You can further navigate to Enet menu and configure the TCP/IP communication parameters for in PM5341. 

Please follow the below steps specified in the user manual,

Hello Aysegul, 

 

PM5341 supports the Ethernet communication and it must be connected to PC with the CAT 5 and above version of Ethernet cables.

 

The meter will not communicate if you connect only pin 7 and 8.

Dear Ramasamy,

Thanks for your comment, I have try to connection by IONsetup, but we have 8 pins on Communication port.

Which one of the is + and -? 7. pin or 8. pin?

Could you share the pin's connection schematic please?

Also do I need to use any convertor to connect the device by ION setup?

Good morning, 

I have similar problem with these devices.

 

I have set like in manual ip address ( i have do power off for fix ip address like in bug report https://www.se.com/us/en/faqs/FA239202/ ) .

Ip address after restart seem saved, but it impossible for me calling by IP address .

 

If i scan my network i can find MAC ADDRESS of these devices

Someone have un idea about they don't reply on TCP/IP protocol?
