ION8650 Screen Showing Unreadable Screen After A Template and Firmware Rollback

Recently Upgraded Firmware and Template and then rolled it back on an ION8650 meter.  I can use ION Setup but the screen on the meter shows what I have attached below.

ANy help is appreciated.
