ION6200 Factory Reset

Is it possible to factory reset an ION6200 meter in the field? I know about the "Reset Mode" that resets energy, demand, etc. but I need to reset all parameters back to default.

I know some of the ION meters had a "special password" that would reset them back to factory settings. I wonder if ION6200 has something like that.

I think you can reset the meter using front panel. In fact this ION6200 is not quite an ION meter.

What information are you wanting to reset if not energy and demand values?

The question from the customer was "how to do a factory reset"?

I guess they want to take all parameters (CT/PT ratios, comm settings, etc.) back to how the meter was when it left the factory.

This is not an issue anymore but it may be useful to have an answer for the future. Thank you !

There is nothing I know of that a user can do in the field to do a "factory reset".
