Hello,
I saw another post that this is one of the ways to answer to the question.
I am learning to be main support locally for the PM8000. I am discovering slowly much, but usually when specific requests come in. I have solved several requests by manipulation within ION Setup.
This application is a little more complicated because I cannot simulate. The end user is National Electric company, at one of the powerstations. They notice that the rollover at 9,999,999kWh. They would like to see MWh on display and Modbus register.
I read the note about resolution in Wikepedia and aware of the issues.

The precision at the level of energy at the power plant is not so important. What we are looking to do is have a matching value of HMI display and modbus register value (displayed on end user BMS/SCADA).
Can someone guide me on this, direct me to the material required in ION setup?
Thanks,
Yarom

This will require quite a bit of ION programming, but the instructions are laid out here: https://www.se.com/us/en/faqs/FA203886/. For energy values, I think you will have to go with Option 2 there.
To get the energy values output to Modbus correctly, you will need to relink the inputs on Data Mapping Egy 1 to the scaled measurements created above.
Be sure you test this thoroughly--I've never modified these inputs myself.

Hello @Yarom,
Note that the front panel display cannot change the units displayed in the default screens. The FAQ is still a good starting point.
