Hi @psit @Jesus_Diaz

Please follow this procedure to clear the energy.

There is a special code which is not in the address list, you need to send message to meter via Modbus tool by following the below steps.

  1. Use a serial port tool (e.g. sscom) and configure the communication paramters as: Baud rate 19200, 8, Even, 1
  2. Obtain CRC of data frame. CRC16 can be obtained through the following website: http://bbs.rkckth.com/home/crc.html. Copy:” [Slave id] 0E A9 A0 55 55 55 55 55 55 55 55”, click calculate, and the value in box 2 is the CRC16 value. For example, for the meter with slave id 03, the data frame would be: 03 0E A9 A0 55 55 55 55 55 55 55 55 44 F8
  3. Input the data frame in the serial port tool
  4. Check the HEX display and HEX sending
  5. Click "Send"
  6. If the meter responses with data, then energy data has been cleared successfully

Hello @Jesus_Diaz ,

I checked with China Support team, Energy clearing option is not available in EM2357.

I have attached the register map details of EM2357 model, you can refer to the same.
