PM5310 Firmware update fails at 18.9%

I have tried several ways to update firmware on the Schneider PM5310 through a PAS600 panel server, but  DLF3000 always throws a code 516 at exactly 18.97%

Tried on several separate devices, from PAS800, PAS600, locally, through network, etc. and always the same results.

What is the current firmware version of the meter, and which version are you trying to upgrade to?

Hi @BZsala in DLF300 device error= 516 means device failed to respond. Please check the communication stability of the meter with PAS600. Try connecting one to one with one meter. Also check & adjust the Modbus serial communication parameters.

Actually I have did exactly as You said, connected the unit directly to the PAS600 and this did the trick.

Although I still don't understand why it was failing exactly at 18.97%, even on different devices (PAS800, PM5320). Schneider should investigate this further.

Can you please confirm the original FW and upgrade target FW?
