EcoStruxure Power Commission
Hello team. I have a question about the new POWER METER 8000 firmware. I've been trying to run the communication test with EcoStruxure Power Commission, but when I try to add it as a device, I get the following message: "Could not communicate with these devices." Could someone help please?
I see two different firmwares. I can only use firmware PM8000_V004.005.000, and in the EcoStruxure Power Commission application,
with version PM8000_V004.006.000, it shows me the error. Could someone help please?
Will need to wait for updated version of EPC to be released. I do not have an exact date for the release yet. A workaround for now could be to downgrade the meter's firmware to V4.5.0.
