EcoStruxure IT Advisor, user messages function web client
Hi Team,
on of our customer does have more then 100 users in ITA and they like to inform them about changes in the system, can this be done via this user messages functionality (see attached screenshot) in ITA or is there another option ?
Please advise,
Br.
Cees

Hi Cees,
The 'User Messages' option/feature is for tenants (and not for local users).
The only way ITA can send email to users is via creating work orders/tasks. I think your local users can be notified either by sending a direct email or less practical via creating a work order with multiple tasks (1 task for each user).
Kind regards,
Jef
