Ecostruxure IT Advisor vs Data centre expert

Hi Team

Im new to "Ecostruxure IT Adviso and  Data centre expert"  need details to understand both. our organization has both installed.

which software needs to be integrated with what , i am assuming IT Advisor should be integrated with DCE.

we saw a vulnerability in our version of DCE, so planning to upgrade the DCE will it have any impact to IT advisor ?

we have  apps installed  on our machine

1.what is  purpose of the app datacentre operation ?

2. what is the purpose of app " Ecostructure IT advisor "

3. what is the purpose of app "DCE"

EcoStruxure IT Advisor is a data center infrastructure planning and modeling solution that provides data center managers in large enterprises and colocation data centers with full insights into their infrastructure to improve profitability, efficiency and availability. 

EcoStruxure IT Advisor (ITA) help site/documentation:

ITA can be accessed via desktop client and web-client.

 Data Center Expert is a data center infrastructure management Software. End to end data center infrastructure management software for monitoring and control of power, cooling, security and energy usage from the building through IT systems.

Data Center Expert (DCE) help site/documentation:

DCE can be accessed via desktop client. DCE dashboard can be accessed via browser (https://<DCE server>).

DCE can be integrated as external system in ITA to get device measurements, sensor data and alarms (into ITA from DCE):
