Migrate from EcoStruxure IT Advisor Errors out

Hi team.

We're attempting to use this feature but fails towards the tail end. I heard the next release of ITA is to include some fixes to this. So far, tried a number of tests but cannot sort out what is causing it to fail. Hoping for some guidance or insight into this asap...

Hi Wes,

You should be able to see migration/merge errors in the server.log, found in /opt/jboss-as/standalone/log however if it's one of the issues that was fixed in the latest 9.4.4 release, you should upgrade both servers to that version first, then try the migrate again. If you'd like our tech support team to assist with finding the errors, it may be best to open a support case at https://app.ecostruxureit.com/request/ and include the ITA logs as part of that support ticket

just to add to this, the primary ITA server your migrating into has to be at the same or higher version than the secondary ITA server your migrating from.
